  • How does Complitrac determine when an SLA is at risk?

    • SLA timers can be manually created to align with the SLA goals of any TPA vendor that you partner with. Additionally, Complitrac offers templates for common TPAs that come pre built with timers pertaining to known SLA goals. These too, can be customized further.

  • Does the platform support SLA rules from multiple TPAs?

    • Yes, the SLA timers for each TPA can be customized fully. Members have the ability to set timers, control how many alerts should be sent before a timer expires, and determine which Members should receive each notification. Once created, these settings can be saved and reused for future jobs with the same TPA.

  • Is there an Android/iOS app?

    • Complitrac does not currently offer an Android or iOS app. However, we do offer a web powered app that can be created from the Complitrac website on a mobile device.

  • Does Complitrac support custom internal SLAs?

    • Yes, you can easily create custom SLA timers to align with any goals that you need to hold your team accountable on.
