Integration & Workflow Overview
Complitrac is designed to work alongside the systems restoration teams rely on every day. Our goal is to centralize SLA oversight, reduce manual tracking, and make it easier for contractors to stay compliant across all of their program work.
What systems does Complitrac integrate with?
Complitrac is actively expanding integrations with commonly used industry platforms. As these integrations roll out, users will be able to complete SLA tasks inside Complitrac and have updates reflected in connected systems automatically.
For convenience today, users can also add hyperlinks to partner portals directly within the Job UI, enabling quick navigation when working between multiple systems.
How much setup is required?
After signing up, every team receives White Glove Onboarding with a dedicated Customer Success Specialist. We’ll walk you through setup, configuration, and key workflows so your team can begin receiving alerts and tracking SLA timelines right away.
Following onboarding, our Customer Success team remains available for continued guidance and support whenever you need it.
Platform Capability
How does Complitrac determine when an SLA is at risk?
SLA timers can be created manually to match the specific requirements of any TPA you work with. Complitrac also offers pre-built templates for common TPAs with their known SLA requirements. All timers and templates can be customized to align with your internal processes.
Does the platform support SLA rules from multiple TPAs?
Yes. Each TPA can have its own fully customized SLA timers, alert rules, and notification recipients. These settings can be saved and reused for future jobs to maintain consistency.
Does Complitrac have a mobile app?
Complitrac does not currently offer a standalone Android or iOS app. However, users can quickly create a web-powered mobile app directly from the Complitrac website on any mobile device for easy access.
Does Complitrac support custom internal SLAs?
Yes. Teams can create custom SLA timers to track internal goals, performance expectations, or operational deadlines.
